Bob and Brad emerge from their Thanksgiving carb-comas to review Tamworth Distillery's Bird of Courage. This starts as a five-year-aged bottled-in-bond bourbon, and then it gets infused with, seemingly, and entire cooked Thanksgiving dinner in a vacuum evaporator? We are as confused as you, but we assure you, the distillery swears this contains real, actual turkey in it.
